A proud & loyal Canadian.
Kevin Vuong is a former parliamentarian, entrepreneur, and military officer. He is dedicated to building, defending, and serving Canada – both in and out of uniform – for welcoming his parents and other refugees when countries were closing their borders to people fleeing the violence of the Vietnam War.
Elected at the age of 32, he was the youngest MP of Asian heritage serving in Canada's 44th Parliament. Prior to his election, he was co-founder and chief operating officer at Delphic Research Group, one of Canada's leading govtech companies, and an investor in and builder of businesses.
Kevin also serves as a naval reserve officer in the Royal Canadian Navy at the rank of Lieutenant(Navy), and presently is a member of the Strategic Advisory Team at His Majesty’s Canadian Ship York. In 2020, he was appointed Canada’s NATO 2030 Young Leader by NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg.
For his service and impact, Kevin has been named a medallist of Her Late Majesty Queen Elizabeth II as HM The Queen’s Young Leader for Canada in 2017, Canada’s Top 30 Under 30 in 2016, and Canada’s Top Under 30 Pan-Asian Leader in 2014.
