Scleroderma affects over 40,000 Canadians. One of those people was my mom, who passed away today after courageously battling for 19 years.
I encourage my House of Commons colleagues and Canadians to learn about scleroderma, and to consider donating to the search for a cure.
To those living with scleroderma, we see you, and we are inspired by you.
To my mom, who raised me to stand in my truth, focus on doing right, and to help as many people as I can, cảm ơn mẹ và con yêu mẹ.
Thank you, mom.
